Where are we located?
We have one location in Illinois and several locations in the Dallas - Fort Worth area in Texas. We are proud to open our Illinois location in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago. Our DFW locations are conveniently located in Arlington, Irving, Beltline Road in Richardson, Jupiter Road in Richardson, Northwest Highway in Dallas and the Greenville neighborhood in Dallas.
What if I don't know what is wrong with my device?
Not a problem! We offer free diagnostics on all repair requests. We will examine your device and run quick tests to pinpoint a cause for the issue you are facing. Once we complete the diagnostic, our tech will give you the diagnosis, what needs to be repaired/replaced and a cost for doing so. If at that point you do not wish to move forward, we will return your device - no questions asked.
How much will my repair cost?
The cost of each repair varies. Contact your local shop to discuss your issue and get a streamlined quote specifically for your device and issue.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our repairs are accompanied with a 90 day warranty. We guarantee our parts and services provided to your device. That means, our repair to your phone is covered without cost for 90 days. We do not cover any new damage to your device - including, but not limited to, accidental or water damage.
What if there are several issues with my device?
We can take care of all issues you are experiencing with your device. We offer bundle plans for multiple repairs as well. Since each store has varied pricing and specials, please contact your local store for applicable pricing.
Can I buy a device online?
Unfortunately, we are not set up for online sales at the moment. Stay tuned, though. We are working on offering this to our customers very soon!
